Svetlogorskoye Highway is one of the main entry arteries of the city from the direction of Svetlogorsk, playing an important role in the transport structure of Rechitsa. This is a dynamically developing thoroughfare where, since the late 2000s, a new residential microdistrict (project name 30a) with multi-story buildings of improved standard quality has been actively taking shape. Along the highway, there are both modern 10-story buildings (series 152M and Sv90-10R) constructed in the 2010s, as well as earlier 9-story panel buildings from the early 1990s. The development project for this area provides for the creation of full-fledged social infrastructure, including a kindergarten, school, pharmacy, bank branch, and several shops, which will face the central roadway. To ensure traffic safety, especially in the area of the intersection with Stroiteley Street where children walk to school, a new traffic light was put into operation in 2021.
